FRH award for Libertad

Libertad and dressage rider Allegra Schmitz-Morkramer have reason to celebrate. Six months ago, the Londontime/San Remo son (breeder: Monika Diekmeier, Warmsen) and the 18-year-old from Hamburg became European Junior Champions in Freestyle and Team in Kronberg/GER, and now the FRH of the supportors’ club of Hannoveraner sport horses is proudly emblazoned behind their name.

Libertad’s career began in Verden at the 2014 stallion stales, where Ingo Pape discovered the expressive black stallion from the dam line of Derma. Libertad impressed at his 50-day performance test in Schlieckau with an even 10 for his interior, canter and rideability. He was awarded the Weltmeyer Prize with a final score of 9.03. Susan Pape trained him up to Prix St. George before Libertad came to Allegra Schmitz-Morkramer in 2021. A dream team had been found. Ten consecutive victories were celebrated in the months that followed, including double gold at the European Junior Championships in Hartpury/GBR and the German Championship title in Verden.
